1. General provisions.
1.1. UAB “Screapt” (hereinafter - the “Company”) respecting its customers, including visitors of the website www.screapt.com (hereinafter the “Website”) (hereinafter - the “Clients”) , the right to privacy, undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and the protection of their rights as data subjects.
1.4. When processing your personal data, we adhere to the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter - the “Regulation”), the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
2.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); "identifiable natural person" means a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, personal identification number, location and internet identifier or by one or more physical identifiers of that natural person, characteristics of physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
2.2. Data subject - a natural person - a customer of the Company (including visitors to the Website), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
2.3. Data subject's consent means any freely given specific and unambiguous expression of the will of the duly informed data subject, either in a statement or in an unambiguous manner, in which he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.
2.4. Processing of data means any operation or sequence of operations carried out by automated or non-automated means on personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, sorting, systematisation, storage, adaptation or modification, retrieval, access, use, disclosure by transfer, distribution or otherwise making them available, as well as collating or merging them with other data, restricting, deleting or destroying them.
2.5. Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
2.6. Data controller – UAB “Screapt”, a company established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 305438621, registered office address Suopių g. 20, Poderiškių k., LT-53318 Kauno r., Lithuania.
2.7. Direct marketing is the activity of offering goods and services to individuals and / or seeking their opinion on the goods or services offered by post, telephone or other means.
3. What personal data do we collect?
3.1. The Company collects and further processes the following personal data of you, which you provide when ordering services: name, surname, address, personal identification code/date of birth, e-mail address, address of residence, data related to the provision of services, order details, payment details, information on consent and non-consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, passwords, any other data you provide on your own initiative when registering, ordering services and / or purchasing goods. Your personal data is stored by the Company during the period of our cooperation and for 10 (ten) years after the end of the cooperation.
3.2. The Company continues to process the personal data collected by you, which you indirectly provide when visiting the website, i.e. this data is automatically collected from the computers and / or mobile devices you use when you log in to the Website: IP addresses and times of logins, the browser used by the user and its version, the websites you visited before accessing our Website, data on your use of the Services. This data is stored by the Company during the period of our cooperation and, depending on the data, until one year from the end of this period. These data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal bases for such a storage period.
4. For what purposes is your personal data processed?
4.1. The Company processes the above personal data of you for the following data processing purposes:
• With your consent to send you an e-mail with our newsletter, which we think may be of interest to you (you can inform us at any time if you no longer want the newsletter to be sent to you);
• Conclusion, performance and / or termination of the contract, for the performance of contractual obligations.
5. How is your personal data processed?
5.1. The Company ensures that your personal data will be: processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes, adequate, relevant and only necessary for the purposes listed above, which they are processed, accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date, processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data by appropriate technical and organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage.
6. Your rights as a data subject.
6.1. You have the following rights of data subjects, which we will exercise upon receipt of your request (by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org; by sending it by post to Suopių 20, Poderiškių k., Alšėnų sen., Kauno r.sav., 53318) after duly confirming your identity:
6.1.1. access to your personal data and how it is are processed,
6.1.2. request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you,
6.1.3. request that your incomplete personal data be supplemented,
6.1.4. require the Company to delete personal data relating to you if:
6.1.5. it is are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
6.1.6. You withdraw your consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing your personal data;
6.1.7. personal data have been processed illegally;
6.1.8. And on other grounds set out in the Regulation;
6.1.9. require the Company to restrict the processing of your personal data;
6.1.10. to receive personal data related to you, which you have provided to the Company in a systematized, commonly used and computer-readable format (you also have the right to request the Company to transfer your personal data to another data controller);
6.1.11. do not consent to the processing of personal data concerning you (eg for direct marketing or otherwise).
6.2. Please be informed that if you believe that your rights as a data subject have been violated, you may file a complaint to the local personal data protection authority.
7. Processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
7.1. We will send you the Company's newsletters by e-mail and / or inquire about the quality of existing services only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
7.2. The following personal data of you is processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, e-mail.
7.3. Your personal data is stored for direct marketing purposes until you opt out of receiving direct marketing communications.
8. To whom is your personal data provided to?
8.1. Access to your personal data by the Company's employees is granted only if it is necessary to perform their duties and only if the employee undertakes to observe confidentiality requirements.
8.2. The company may provide your personal data: to law enforcement authorities, where there is a legal basis for this, in response to official requests from state authorities and courts, but only after verifying the legality of these requests, to other third parties with your consent. Data controllers who provide services to the Company and process your personal data on behalf of the Company and for or on behalf of the Company:
8.2.1. UAB “Screapt”.
8.3. We use only those data controllers who ensure that the appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented in such a way that the data processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and that your rights as data subjects are protected.
8.4. We note that the above processors have the right to process your personal data only in accordance with our instructions.
8.5. The data processor may not use another data processor without the prior specific or general written permission of the Company.
8.6. Your personal data may be transferred to other countries (including third countries) for the provision of the relevant services to you, but only with your consent.
